Journal of Nusantara Law Dynamics (JNLD) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures to prevent publication malpractice, in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The publication of articles in JNLD reflects the quality and integrity of scholarly work in the field of law; therefore, all parties involved in the publishing process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher, are expected to adhere to ethical standards. Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism, fabrication, or falsification, and that all contributors are appropriately acknowledged while disclosing any potential conflicts of interest. Editors are responsible for making fair, objective, and unbiased decisions based on academic merit and relevance, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a rigorous peer review process without conflicts of interest. Reviewers are expected to provide constructive, objective, and timely evaluations, maintain confidentiality, and disclose any conflicts that may affect their judgment. The publisher, CV Sultan Ali Cipta Jaya, supports editorial independence and ensures that ethical standards are consistently applied while maintaining the integrity of the academic record. In cases of suspected misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices, JNLD will take appropriate actions such as manuscript rejection, article retraction, or notification to relevant institutions. This policy aims to ensure transparency, integrity, and the highest quality of scholarly publication in legal research.
